OUR STUD SERVICE CONTRACT
Our studs management is EXTREMELY SERIOUS.
Since we began breeding, is our policy to offer an additional free mating, on the next season of the same bitch, when the bitch's owner do not obtain a litter out of one of our males.
That is guarantee IF THERE ARE NO PUPPIES, SO THE BITCH GOES EMPTY, AND IF THE STUD IS STILL AVAILABLE.
In every case, it is essential that bitches' owners understand that the stud fee is to be paid at the moment of the service (the practical act of the mating between the chosen male and the bitch, or the artificial mating) and not for puppies production.
SO, WE DO REQUEST THE PAYMENT, ACCORDING TO THE PAPERS FILLED BY THE STUD OWNER BEFORE THE MATING AND SIGNED BY THE BITCH OWNER AT THE MOMENT OF THE MATING, EXACTLY AT THE MOMENT OF MATING.
Rarely we do accept puppies instead of the stud fee, neither we're at disposal in awaiting for the payment until the pregnancy will be evident, except in particular cases (NOT BEING ABLE TO PAY DUE TO LACK OF MONEY IS NOT A PARTICULAR CASE).
Unuseful to underline that, when a proven stud is chosen (proven intends that the stud has produced progeny with other bitches), it is intended that he's totally able to attend his work in a mating.
It's the bitch owner's responsibility to be sure his bitch is carried to the stud at the proper moment for the mating, following his vet suggestions. IF THE BITCH NEEDS TO BE CARRIED BEFORE HER TIME OR NEEDS TO STAY HERE WITH US, WE'LL HOLD ALL THE VET PROCEDURES, ADDING TO THE STUD FEES ALSO THE VET FEES AND THE DOG-SITTING FEES.
At the end, what we offer (the extra free of charge mating if the bitch goes empty) is totally respecting our KC directives and allows us to decline whatever responsibility on exits.
Hopeing that whoever wants to use our studs will understand, we suggest to evaluate the single stud contract we hold for each male in our kennel. PLEASE NOTE THAT THEM HAVE NOT AN EQUAL COST EACH, DUE TO THEIR DIFFERENT BLOODLINES AND TITLES GAINED. These contracts must be requested when you want to use one of our studs.
